Rooted Here…
Helping clients buy, sell, and appreciate distinctive homes throughout Tampa Bay.
My Approach
I’ve always been drawn to homes with a story. The 1920s bungalows on Dunedin’s brick streets, the Mediterranean Revival estates on Snell Isle, the cigar-worker casitas of Ybor City, the Craftsman homes of Old Seminole Heights — these are the properties that shaped me into the agent I am. They aren’t just inventory. They’re records of how Tampa Bay actually came to be, and they deserve representation that understands what makes them distinctive rather than treating them as square footage on a listing sheet.
My background in history, decades of local perspective, and ongoing work as a photographer and explorer of this region all inform how I approach every transaction. I know which blocks flooded in Helene and which didn’t. I know which streets sit in Flood Zone X and which don’t. I know which historic district boundaries matter to buyers and sellers, and how to position a contributing 1925 Craftsman differently than a 1978 infill next door. That kind of block-level knowledge isn’t something you learn from an MLS search — it comes from decades of actually being here.
How I Work
Every client I take on gets my direct attention. Middleton Tampa Bay is a boutique practice by design — I’m not running a volume shop, and I don’t hand clients off to junior agents. When you hire me, you get me: the research, the strategy, the negotiation, the photography eye, the honest advice about what your home is really worth and what it will take to sell it well.
For sellers, that means marketing that treats your home as the distinctive property it actually is — architectural photography, narrative listing copy, cinematic video where it’s warranted, and access to Compass’s global referral network and pre-market programs (Compass Private Exclusive and Coming Soon) that reach qualified buyers before inventory hits the open market.
For buyers, it means an advisor who can speak fluently about historic districts, post-Helene elevation and remediation, condominium milestone inspections, school boundaries, flood zones, and the ten other factors that actually determine whether a home is a smart purchase in 2026.

Leadership & Service
Real estate isn’t just what I do — it’s a profession I’m deeply invested in shaping for the better. That’s why I’ve taken on sustained leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels of the industry.
I serve on the Board of Directors of the Suncoast Tampa REALTOR® Association (one of the five largest REALTOR® associations in the country, with more than 26,000 members), where I’ve held roles including Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President, and currently serve as Vice President for 2026. At the state and national levels, I sit on the Boards of Directors of both Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, contribute to long-term industry direction through the Strategic Planning Committee, and serve as a Florida Delegate for RPAC (the REALTORS® Political Action Committee), advocating for property rights and homeownership at the legislative level.
This work matters because the decisions made in these rooms — on housing policy, property rights, flood insurance reform, post-Surfside condominium legislation, and the rules that govern how homes actually change hands — affect every client I represent. Being at those tables means I can advocate for my clients before a transaction ever begins, not just at the closing table.
Community
Beyond real estate, I’ve been a member of Rotary International since 2018 through the Dunedin North Rotary Club, and I’m honored to have been selected as the incoming District Governor for Rotary District 6950, serving from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. In that role I’ll lead and support Rotary clubs across a district that stretches across a significant portion of central Florida (Citrus County to Pinellas County), focused on service, membership growth, and community impact.
Closer to home, I’ve served for several years on the Board of Directors of the Dunedin History Museum, including a term as President. That work — preserving and telling the stories of how Dunedin actually came to be the community it is today — is a natural extension of my professional focus on the region’s historic homes. The two commitments reinforce each other: you can’t fully represent a historic property without understanding the community’s history, and the homes themselves are often the most tangible surviving records of that history.
